Sensing the space between...




Ok, friends... so.... this one is totally new as a focus for class, and I cannot wait to experience it with you.


This week, we'll be focusing on sensing the "space between." And by that I mean allllllll sorts of kinds of spaces between.... 


Space between steps we take...

Space between beats of the song...

Space between bodies in the same room..

Space between songs in the playlist...

Space between the tiny little molecules of our body...

Space between activities, chores, or items on the to-do list...

Space between sentences spoken to us...

Space between days...


Instead of focusing on the thing... we'll be tuning into and noticing the non-thing...


Instead of focusing on sensing the doing... we'll be sensing the non-doing...


The space... 

The silence... 

The pause...

The rest...


The.... rest....


And then, we'll simply tune in.... what does focusing our attention there do for us? Is it different than focusing on the doing or the thing? How does it feel? What do you sense? What do you notice?


As always, I can't wait to see what we discover together this week.
