Ooh friends, dancing our "ease & just being here now" focus with you this past week was so delicious. Thank you so much for an lovely week of coming together.
This week, we're going to explore what it means to sense our fullness. And by fullness, what I really mean is sensing your whole, integrated body. Your full being.
My friend, Mary McInnis, had a yoga mentor who would say something along the lines of "sense and settle into the entire space occupied by your body." And I just loved whenever Mary reminded us of it when she was teaching yoga. Isn't it beautiful?
So sensing our fullness, friends. It's what we'll be tuning into and exploring as we dance, but of course we can explore this anytime, anywhere. What's it like to sense your fullness right now?
To breathe fully...
To move fully...
To simply sense your fullness...
I love how it tuning into and sensing my body in this way helps me to feel really connected. Not a bunch of separate little parts... but all together.... one... unified... whole..... being.
