Sensing Ease + Just Being Here Now

Ooh, friend. It is another integration week, and I'm so looking forward to it. During integration weeks, our practice is always two-fold:


Part 1) Sensing ease.


Inviting ease into your experience. Dancing and moving however vigorously you desire, but also inviting ease into whatever you are doing. Sensing for ease. Aligning with ease.


There's nothing to prove. There's no need to hold back.


Eeeeeeeasy does it. Whatever ease is for you today.


Part 2) Just being here now.


Simply being present.


Sensing these sensations -- this moment -- right here.


Your hands.

Your feet.

Your skin.

Your heartbeat.

Your breath.

Your muscles.

Your shoulder blades.

Your spine.


We'll simply connect with our body sensations as a way to be present.... and...


just...

be...

here...

now.
