This week is going to be a beautiful bridge of a week. We'll look back & give thanks to our past year, and head on into 2025 with blissful ease & presence.
Grateful farewells
In our Sunday-Tuesday classes, we'll reflect on our past year and wrap up 2024 with gratitude. We'll enjoy a playlist of special songs from this past year, and have some time to simply be grateful as we say farewell to 2024.
Bliss-filled hellos
Then, starting Wednesday morning at the Woman's Club, we'll dance a big beautiful celebratory "hello" to 2025! We'll focus on ease & presence, and dance our hearts out as we enter on into January. We'll come together and set the tone for a beautiful year filled with movement, exploration, creativity, learning, health, connection, authenticity, joyful aliveness, blissful freedom, and inspiration.
